Refunds or exchanges are only offered for items with verified defects. This includes damaged or incorrect prints, fabric flaws, or the wrong item received.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include your order details, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, normal wear, or minor variations in color or print placement.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 on all orders. Please allow 6–10 business days for processing and fulfillment, as each piece is prepared and printed in-house to ensure quality and consistency.
